ABOUT KELLIE

Kellie Wardman—
Certified Coach

I believe in human potential. I believe people are more powerful than they know.

I also believe that helping people create their own transformation will lead to healed organizations, communities, and the world. So, through coaching, I help people connect with core purpose, align with what brings you joy, identify the impact you want to have, and release what blocks you.

Who am I? I’m a certified life and leadership coach for individuals and organizations. I support individuals, managers, and C-suite leaders in a variety of situations and positions—who work for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. I focus on helping people achieve their largest and most expansive lives.

TRAINING

Life and Leadership Coach

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® (CPCC) through Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the world’s leading and longest-standing provider of coaching training. I am also a licensed Firework Career Coach, positioned to help clients navigate a small or significant career leap—or even move toward a totally new career in a different industry.

I am also a certified team coach, holding an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) from ICF. My background includes comprehensive training as an Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), prepared to work with couples, teams, and/or systems. I’m certified in the Leadership Circle Profile and Collective Leadership Assessment, powerful tools that can help you understand the leadership effectiveness, strengths, and gaps of any individual or team.

More About Kellie

Through my work as Director of Strategy, Governance, and Leadership with DBD Group, I also help leaders and organizations address strategic and operational challenges. My particular focus is executive and team coaching, leadership and culture, strategic planning and strategic thinking, facilitating partnership and collaborations, and board development and governance.

Prior to my work as a consultant, I worked in non-profit operations for 10 years, including as chief operating officer. I also spent 10 years in the field of systems thinking and organizational learning, serving as senior project manager and publications director at Pegasus Communications. I have also served as adjunct faculty in marketing, business communications, and creative writing at Southern New Hampshire University and New England College.

My BA is from the University of New Hampshire and I also have an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College. For fun, I enjoy writing, playing competitive doubles tennis, studying whales, hiking the White Mountains of NH, traveling, and yoga.

I believe that all people and voices matter, and I am deeply and personally committed to justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am honored to work with an inspiring mix of coaching clients from different backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, dimensions of diversity, and lived experience. I believe we must work together to dismantle, rethink, and reconstruct racist systems and structures to remove barriers and allow all individuals to thrive. I am on my own personal learning journey in this work, and I invite you to join me so we might learn from each other.
