As Director of Strategy, Governance, and Leadership with DBD Group, I consult with nonprofits nationwide on organizational strategy, board governance, and leadership development. I hold a BA from the University of New Hampshire and an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College.
Through my work as senior consultant with DBD Group, I also help leaders and organizations address strategic and operational challenges. My particular focus is executive and team coaching, leadership and culture, strategic planning and strategic thinking, facilitating partnership and collaborations, and board development and governance.
